Salty Glutinous Rice Balls

Prepare the materials.

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms and dried shrimps until soft.

Chop mustard tuber, bacon, horseshoe, shiitake mushroom and dried shrimp separately, and cut coriander into sections.

Heat oil in a wok and fry bacon, mushrooms and dried shrimps first.

Add the horseshoe and mustard tuber and stir-fry evenly.

Stir the glutinous rice with some hot water to form a dough.

Roll into small balls again.

Pinch the small balls thinly, add the fillings and wrap the glutinous rice balls.
9.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, add glutinous rice balls and cook.
10.
Sprinkle with coriander at the end.
