Salty Pork Ribs Congee

After washing the rice, use 3 tablespoons of salt and peanut oil to marinate for 30 minutes

Cut the ribs into pieces and marinate them with 4 tablespoons of salt for more than 5 hours to taste. (Wake up in the morning and start marinating until the afternoon)

Tips:
1. Salty pork ribs, marinate in salt at least 5 hours in advance.
2. The scallops do not need to be soaked, and directly put into the porridge after washing.
3. Use an iron spoon to cover the vent of the casserole lid, which can effectively prevent the porridge water from overflowing when it boils.
