My younger sister likes to eat mochi. When I was buying other ingredients, I saw that there was a mix of flour, so I bought two packs and went home to try.

Tips:

1. Because there is no salted butter, I added a little bit of salt. In the end, it tastes light and sweet with a hint of saltiness. You can also add black pepper or something according to your own taste.

2. My dough is a bit dry, so the final product is firmer. I prefer a more fluffy texture, so I replaced the milk with water.
