Put the main ingredients into the container together, mix it into a flocculent shape, knead it into a smooth dough, seal and ferment to double the size

Take out the fermented dough and knead it evenly, divide it into 6 equal parts, take 5 parts and knead it into a smooth circle

Divide the remaining portion into several small doses and make the pig’s ears, nose and mouth separately

Use red for the pig’s face and red beans for the eyes

Tips:
If there is no colored dough, it can be replaced with colored ingredients or painted with food coloring. It is also very good to make with all white noodles.
