I believe everyone is familiar with Arctic Shrimp, and they are usually eaten directly after thawing. But for gastrointestinal problems, children waiting for people who dare not eat raw or cold food are discouraged. The Golden Sands Arctic Shrimp I shared today can solve this problem

Sands Arctic Shrimp

1. Thaw the Arctic Shrimp in advance, add starch and cornstarch to mix well and set aside

2. Put the salted egg yolk in the bowl, spray a little white wine to remove the smell, and put a plastic wrap on the mouth of the bowl. Put it in a steamer and steam it over medium-high heat. After steaming, crush it with a spoon while it is hot. The finer the crush, the better.

3. .We happened to be here to fry the Arctic shrimp when the egg yolk was steamed. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the fryer. When it is 60% hot, add the Arctic shrimp and fry it quickly until the shell changes color. Because the Arctic shrimp is already cooked, as long as the shell is crispy and discolored quickly on medium heat. This is done for a better taste.

4. Flatten the garlic, peel and chop into minced pieces, put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the wok, pour in minced garlic and stir-fry until golden brown

5. After the minced garlic is fragrant, add the crushed egg yolk and continue to stir-fry quickly on low heat.

6. Until the salted egg yolk in the pot becomes foamy

7. Finally, add the fried Arctic prawns and stir fry, try to make each prawn covered with egg yolk. You can turn off the fire.

8. Crispy and delicious

Tips:

The time for fried shrimp is to break the egg yolk and crush it as much as possible. Because the egg yolk and the Arctic shrimp have a salty taste, I did not add salt to this dish. If your mouth is heavy, you can add some salt at the end.
