Sandworm Pork Ribs Chicken Soup
1.
Material drawing. For the local chicken, I used half of the chicken rack, two drumsticks, and a dozen sandworms on a rib.
2.
Cut the sandworms, wash the fine sand, and set aside.
3.
The chicken ribs and ribs are blanched together, and ginger is added. The blanched soup here does not need to be poured, just use it directly after filtering. Wash the meat after blanching.
4.
Peel carrot yam and cut into hob pieces.
5.
Put the ingredients and the filtered soup in the pot together.
6.
Choose a suitable program for the pressure cooker, and it will be fine after the program ends. Just add salt when eating. The seasoning of the fresh soup does not need to be too complicated, the original taste is the best.
Tips:
1. Whether the meat is blanched and whether the soup is retained depends on the type of meat and the degree of cleaning. It is not necessary or absolutely not necessary.
2. The electric pressure cooker is very worry-free. If you have time, it is better to use a clay pot.
