Sandworm Radish Shreds
1.
This is the sandworm, I have cut it with scissors, (bad sandworm will have sand) remove the sea salt on it, rub it off with my hands, no need to clean it.
2.
Put no oil in the pot, put the sandworms on low heat, and fry them until they become fragrant and yellow.
3.
After taking it out, let it cool down and rub off the sand with both hands (the sandworms I use are not bad, so it’s ok if you don’t need to do this). Handle well for use.
4.
Radishes in winter are super sweet. Shred the radish, my knife skills are average, haha
5.
Wash the pot, put oil in the pot, and fry on high heat until the radish is 8 mature and take it out for later use.
6.
Put oil in the pot, sauté the ginger fragrant first, then put the sandworms in and stir well.
7.
Then add the radish, add salt and fry until cooked.
8.
Add half a bowl of water and cook until delicious.
9.
A very sweet and nourishing dish, the soup is delicious.
