Shrimp, Worm, Mushroom and Broccoli Porridge

Prepare ingredients: rice, broccoli, dried shrimps, sandworms, dried shiitake mushrooms

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms and dried shrimps in cold water for two minutes and then wash them off. Pour out the water

Cut the shiitake mushrooms into small pieces, add water and soak again for five minutes. The soaking water retains the porridge, and the porridge will be more flavorful.

Soak the sandworms in water to soften them, cut them into small pieces with scissors, put them in a pot and fry them until slightly yellow, and serve on a plate for later use

Boil the broccoli in water and remove it for later use

Rice, shiitake mushrooms, dried shrimps and boiled

Add cooked broccoli after it's cooked
8.
Sprinkle some chopped green onion, add salt to taste
9.
The porridge is ready
