Because I was born by the sea, my family often stocks dried seafood. Spare ribs are favorites of all family members. When you are too lazy, you can make a pot of ribs rice, which is good for the whole family.

Seafood Ribs Rice

1. Cut the ribs into pieces, any size, blanch first

2. Fish out for spare

3. Put sea rice and scallops in a small bowl

4. Rinse it a little time, add an appropriate amount of water to soak

5. . Sandworms remove sandbags and cut short sections

6. Heat a pan on medium heat, add appropriate amount of peanut oil, turn to low heat, pour in sandworms and sauté until golden brown

7. Fish out for spare

8. Just put a few slices of ginger in the frying pan and sauté

9. Pour the ribs and stir fry for a few seconds

10. Pour in oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine and stir fry evenly

11. Stir fry until the ribs are colored

12. Pour in two bowls of water, bring to a boil on medium heat, cover the pot and turn to low heat and cook for 15 minutes

13. Wash the rice twice, drain the water, and add sandworms

14. Pour the sandworms, then pour the scallops and sea rice into the rice with water

15. Pour the braised pork ribs with the soup, observe that the scale line should be higher at position 3 of the rice cooker, and press the cooking button

16. It takes about 30 minutes to hear the dripping sound, and then simmer for two to three minutes, and it will open. It tastes fragrant! Fragrant! Fragrant! Look at this rice, does it look like it was in my grandma's pot when I was young! So miss the taste
