Sangua Scallop Soup

Ingredients: 15 grams of scallops, 100 grams of winter melon, 100 grams of watermelon white, 100 grams of pumpkin, 1 green onion, 3 slices of ginger, appropriate amount of water, a little salt, and appropriate amount of wet starch

Wash the scallops and soak them in water until soft.

Tear up and set aside.

Three melons are peeled and diced. Wash the green onions and cut the green onions. Set aside.

Tips:
The scallop itself has a salty taste, so you should not add too much salt.
