Santa's Gift
1.
Throw the bread ingredients into the bread machine and knead out the film.
2.
After a full serve, 12 shares are divided equally. Ten are for Christmas trees, and the other two are for small gifts.
3.
Six of the ten servings are mixed with matcha powder, and the other four do not change the original color.
4.
All ten parts are rounded and placed in a heart-shaped mold to arrange the Christmas tree.
5.
Take out a small part of the remaining two and add red yeast rice powder to make Christmas hats, walking sticks, and bows.
6.
The green dough crosses the red dough to make a walking stick.
7.
Combine primary colors with red to make Christmas hats.
8.
Put the Christmas hat on the primary color dough in the middle and wait for the second shot.
9.
The second shot is obviously bigger in the picture.
10.
Then make Christmas stockings, five-pointed stars and other decorations.
11.
Decorate the Christmas tree dough.
12.
The fermented dough is assembled as a gift as shown in the picture. You can put some egg liquid on the surface.
13.
Preheat the oven at 150 degrees for about 15 minutes.
14.
Just leave it to cool.
15.
Squeeze Santa’s beard with cream to decorate it, and decorate Santa’s eyes with black tricks.
Tips:
1 The fermentation of the dough must be full to be beautiful
2 The powders used here are all colored powders. The specific effect depends on the finished product. The amount I gave can be used as a reference. Pigments can also be more beautiful in color, but toners are still healthier
3 Adjust the oven according to your own home. Don’t bake it and it won’t be beautiful. You can also use your imagination to make small gifts.
