Mix it and stir until it is completely emulsified. Because bananas are easy to oxidize and turn black, I will cut the banana and press the puree (C) after mixing this. I use disposable gloves to grab the bowl with my hands. If I grab it, I use it to make mud. If I don’t grab it, it’s banana chunks. It depends on your preference. Wearing gloves, the photo was not taken at this step. Add the mashed banana to the mashed egg yolk and mix well

After the banana egg yolk paste is mixed, start to beat the egg whites (material A), add fine sugar (material A) in 3 times, beat until dry and foamy, and the egg liquid does not flow.

Take 1/3 of the meringue and add it to the egg yolk paste, mix well, then pour the remaining 2/3 of the meringue and mix evenly

Pour the mixed batter into the mold, middle and lower layer, bake at 120°C for 35 minutes, and at 130°C for 25 minutes

Because the cake needs to be shaped, so when you can cut the shape as high as possible, first use a toothpick to draw the shape you need on the cake. Because Yuzai's grandmother didn't come to help this time, I hurriedly did it while my son was asleep, and I didn't take some pictures. Just shoot the cut. Cut the large areas with a serrated knife, and cut the small details with sharp scissors and apply whipped cream. Just wipe this layer casually, there is no requirement

If you want to be lazy, just use the small star flower mouth to squeeze it more carefully. You can choose different flower mouths according to different parts of the characters. Whipped cream decorating flowers is really easy to melt. People with warm hands are advised to wear gloves. So when you whip the cream, you also need to whip up a little bit more.
Tips:
Finally, the eyes, mouth, belt buckles and shoe buckles made of fondant. I used the fondant for the first time, and I was messing about it. It was sent by my sister Australia. I don't know how bad it is, so I don't recommend it.
