In a blink of an eye, it’s time to go to the autumn dry season again. Tremella is probably the most natural food tonic. In addition, saponified rice and peach gum are probably one of the hottest ingredients in the past two years. The saponaria rice is paired with white fungus stewed until it is soft and waxy, and the taste is soft and smooth, plus the peach gum like a private jelly. This is probably the best nourishing soup for this season.

Saponaria, Peach Gum, Lotus Seed and Tremella Soup

1. Saponin rice, snow swallows, peach gum, lotus seeds, soak half a day in advance

2. Tremella tear small flowers soaked hair

3. Pour the soaked white fungus and lotus seeds into a saucepan and boil

4. Add peach gum and saponified rice and continue to simmer

5. Cook until the white fungus is soft and waxy

6. Add snow swallow and stew

7. Finally add rock sugar to taste

8. The cooked white fungus can be eaten right away

Tips:

1. The snow swallows are easy to boil, and it is more appropriate to wait for the last five minutes before adding them;
2. Regarding the white fungus, I prefer the taste of clear soup, so the stewing time is relatively short. If you want a thick taste, you need to stew more
