Saponaria, Tremella and Lotus Seed Soup
1.
Prepare ingredients: saponified rice, white fungus, lotus seeds, wolfberry
2.
Soak the saponified rice for about 10 hours in advance (I soaked it overnight)
3.
Soak the white fungus and lotus seeds for about 1 hour respectively
4.
Wash the soaked white fungus and tear it into small flowers
5.
After the lotus seeds are soaked softly, remove the lotus heart (don't mind the bitterness can be retained)
6.
Pour the soaked saponaria rice, white fungus, and lotus seeds into an electric saucepan, pour 1300g water and 50g rock sugar, cover the pot, select the "casserole porridge" function, and simmer for 2 hours and 30 minutes
7.
When there are 3 minutes left in the cooking time, add the washed goji berries and cook until the time is complete
8.
Once cooked, serve it out and enjoy!
Tips:
1. The saponaria rice is easy to cook until it is soaked in place, so it is best to soak overnight
2. The saponified rice will expand a lot after being soaked, so there is no need to put too much, and the amount of soaked water should be more
3. Cooked Tremella is prone to produce nitrite if it is left for too long, which is not good for health. It is recommended not to make too much at a time, it is best to eat it in one day
