Saponin Rice Cranberry Soup
1.
Prepare ingredients: 20 grams of saponaria rice, 20 grams of dried cranberries, 10 grams of dried lilies, and 20 grams of rock sugar;
2.
Soak the saponified rice with pure water for about 12 hours, until there is no hard core;
3.
Dried cranberries and dried lily are cleaned and set aside (because the soup is cooked in an electric pressure cooker, the dried lily does not need to be soaked in advance);
4.
Put the cleaned dried cranberries, dried lilies, rock sugar and soaked saponaria rice into the inner pot of Supor Fresh Breathing Pressure Cooker;
5.
Add appropriate amount of purified water;
6.
The pressure cooker selects the "bean soup" function;
7.
The lid of the electric pressure cooker can be opened when the pressure display "green light" after exhausting;
8.
After the saponified rice and cranberry soup is cooked, take it out of the pot and let it cool for a while before drinking it!
Tips:
The saponified rice is really a versatile ingredient. Chinese yam, white fungus, red dates, lilies, and lotus seeds can all be cooked together. Sometimes I just cook the saponified rice and add coconut milk. The taste is also superb!
