Sashimi Fish Congee

Prepare the rice.

Choose the belly part of the grass carp, wash and cut into slices.

Add fish sauce and pepper to marinate for more than 15 minutes.

Wash the ginger and cut into silk.
5.
Wash celery and chop.
6.
Put the cleaned rice in a casserole and add some oil.

Add at least 8 times more water, bring to a boil over high heat, and add shredded ginger.

Turn to medium and low heat and continue to cook.

Cook until the rice blossoms. Cook until Zimi blooms.
10.
Turn to high heat and add fish fillets.

Cook until the fish is raw, add salt to taste.

Turn off the heat, add celery and serve.
Tips:
At least 8 times the amount of water should be added to the porridge. If you like a little thinner, add more water. Add some oil when cooking the porridge to make the porridge softer.
