Clean pork belly

Tips:
1. Add a little salt and vinegar to the pork belly, knead gently, and then rinse with water, the finished product will be fragrant and not mutated;
2. Pork belly is resistant to boil, hot enough, steamed for more than 3 hours, it will be soft and delicious.
