Sauce Braised Pork Ribs

Clean the ribs, soak them in clean water for 1 hour, then remove and drain

Add light soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, cooking wine and mix

Stir evenly and let stand for 1 hour

Then add cornstarch and mix well

Put oil in a pan, lay the ribs in flat, and fry until both sides are browned

Light soy sauce, cooking wine, white sugar, aged vinegar, pork ribs sauce, add water and mix well

Tips:
Light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pork ribs sauce already have a salty taste, so you don't need to add salt.
