Sauce Braised Pork Ribs

Wash the ribs and set aside.

Slice ginger and chop green onions.

Add water and cold water to the pot, add a spoonful of cooking wine and ginger slices to blanch the ribs. After boiling, rinse off the foam on the ribs with running water.

Add oil to the pot to heat, add ginger, star anise and green onion to fry until fragrant.

Stir fry the lower ribs for a while.

Add two spoons of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce, and one spoon of Haitian bean paste.

Stir fry evenly.

Add water to the ribs. Bring to a boil and simmer on medium-low heat until the ribs are soft.

Add a teaspoon of sugar when the soup is dry.
10.
Just add chopped green onion.
