Sauce Chicken Feet

Prepare materials.

Cut off the nails of the chicken feet, and wash off the blood with flying water.

Peel and slice the sauce.

Heat oil in a pan, add rock sugar, and fry until the rock sugar melts.

Add chicken feet and fry until the color changes.

Add ginger, cinnamon and star anise.

Add June braised soy sauce.

Add salt.

Transfer to a casserole.

Add water to cover the chicken feet. Turn to low heat and cook for 40 minutes.

Tips:
Chicken feet contain gums, so you need to turn them more during the cooking process to avoid sticking the pot.
