Sauce Chicken Feet

The chicken feet we bought from the supermarket, we repeatedly clean them with running water.

Remove the nails one by one and set aside.

Prepare hot water. Pour this chicken feet with speed. Then we used cold water to quickly cool off once. The chicken feet produced in this way are elastic.

Use a spoonful of old brine. Add water. Cook this chicken feet for five minutes. This can better remove its fishy smell. After it's cooked, control the water and start the pot for use.

Remove the cabbage leaves on the fermented bean curd. Use one and soybean paste. Press it with a spoon and set aside.

Raise the oil in the pan, add the star anise and pepper to fry for a nice aroma.

Soy sauce. fermented bean curd. Ginger, scallions, flatten out the fragrance. This will allow us to turn the fire down so as not to confuse it.

Add water. Add sugar, dark soy sauce, and the remaining piece of fermented bean curd. And a little salt. Bring it to a boil and taste it, and adjust it to your favorite taste. Then beat the bubbles on it.

Add chicken feet and cook over medium heat. Cook for about 25 minutes.

The color is special Zhouzheng. The taste is also very good.
Tips:
If you like sweet noodle sauce, you don't need soy sauce and add sweet noodle sauce instead. Don't add salt to this dish. If there is less salt, we will use soy sauce.
