Sauce Chicken Feet

Wash and set aside

Seasoning collection

Chicken feet with nails cut

Remove the blood, pour some cooking wine in to taste

Fish out for spare

After the oil is hot, add sliced ginger and green onion over medium-low heat and sauté

Then add a spoonful of bean paste and stir fry until fragrant
8.
Pour the chicken feet and stir fry evenly
9.
Pour in a little water (you don’t need too much of the chicken feet)

Add 2⃣️ spoons of light soy sauce, color and taste

Bring to a boil, add rock sugar by the way (you can add more if you like the sweetness)
12.
Pour the garlic paste before turning off the heat
13.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion after serving to enhance your beauty
