Sauce Chicken Nuggets

Prepare red bean paste, wash the shallots and chop the green onion leaves and stalks separately

Chicken thighs thawed

Wash and drain after cutting into pieces

After the nonstick pan is heated, pour the chicken nuggets and stir-fry continuously, then remove the water and wash it (to remove the blood)

In another pot, stir fry the onion stalks with warm oil

Add chicken nuggets, stir-fry evenly, pour in cooking wine

Add the red bean paste and stir fry until the chicken pieces are covered with the sauce

Pour in boiling water, the amount of water is almost the same as the chicken nuggets, bring to a boil, cover and turn to low heat for 20 minutes

Then add the sugar to harvest the thick juice and turn off the pot.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
Tips:
1. Stir-fry the chicken before cooking, which can effectively remove the fishy smell and make the meat more tender
2. Different brands of bean paste have different saltiness, so adjust by yourself
