Sauce-flavored Clams

Wash the clams after spitting out the mud

Prepare sweet noodle sauce, rice wine, ginger, green pepper slices and minced garlic

Pour oil in a hot pan, and explode the scent of ginger and garlic

Tips:
1. The clams originally have a salty taste, just add sweet noodle sauce to season it, you can adjust it according to your own taste
2. Adding rice wine and other clams after opening is more effective to remove fishy
