Sauce-flavored Duck Wings

Cut the duck wings into 3 pieces, as shown in the picture.

Clean it up.

Put the duck wings in the pot and boil them in water until they are ripe.

Prepare the ingredients.

Put the right amount of water and ingredients in the pot.

Put the duck wings into the pot, pour 3 spoons of light soy sauce, 5 spoons of dark soy sauce, and 3 spoons of white wine.

Cover the pot and boil for 20 minutes, turning once in the middle.

Prepare soybean paste, any brand of soybean paste is fine.

After boiling for 20 minutes, add the bean paste, turn it over, cover the pot and cook for another 10 minutes.
