Sauce-flavored Squid Fried Rice Cake

Put the cheese rice cake in boiling water and cook for two to three minutes. After it has softened, put it in cold water for later use.

Wash the squid, pour it into cooking wine and marinate for about 20 minutes to get rid of fishy.

Pour the squid into boiling water and poke the water, and then pour a little cooking wine to ensure that the fishy smell is removed.

Heat oil in the pan, add the sliced ginger and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, then add the squid, stir-fry the light soy sauce for 30 seconds.

Then put the processed rice cakes and onions in and continue to stir fry.

Fry the onion until it becomes soft, add a tablespoon of sweet chili sauce, or bean paste and sweet noodle sauce according to your taste! Stir-fry until the juice is dry, and finally sprinkle in a little salt.

Sprinkle some white sesame seeds on it and taste it!
