Sauce-flavored Thousand-page Tofu

1. Cut the tofu into evenly thick slices.

2. Mix the sweet noodle sauce and Wei Xian evenly. Spread a layer of sauce on the surface of the tofu and sprinkle with cumin powder.

3. Put it in the microwave.

4. Set Wuhuo for 2 minutes.

5. When the time is up, take it out.

6. Turn the tofu over and spread a layer of sauce evenly.

7. Put it in the microwave and let it simmer for 2 minutes. At this time, cut the garlic moss into small cubes.

8. After baking, put an appropriate amount of garlic moss on the surface for decoration.

Tips:

The 1,000-page tofu will swell a little after being heated. It is best to use a larger plate.
2 Cut it as thin as possible for better flavor, and you can also brush a small amount on the surface after it is out of the oven, and the flavor is very fresh.
3 Sweet noodle sauce can be replaced by bean paste.
This recipe uses Midea’s smart microwave, model M3-L235B, capacity 23L, and power 800W. Please adjust the heating time appropriately according to the power and temperature difference of your own microwave.
