Sauce Fried Double Diced

Ingredients needed: cucumber, bean paste, lean meat.

Cut lean meat and cucumber into cubes, mince ginger and garlic.

Add the cooking wine, pepper, and starch to the lean meat to marinate.

Put the lean diced pork in the hot oil in the pot, stir-fry to turn white, add a little light soy sauce, stir-fry and serve.

Leave a little oil in the pot and stir-fry the diced cucumbers. Fry the cucumbers until they become soft.

Saute garlic and ginger shreds in a pot.

Add a spoonful of June fragrant bean paste to the pot and stir fry.

Add half a bowl of water and an appropriate amount of white sugar.

When the soup is boiling, pour in the previously fried cucumber diced and diced lean pork, and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
1. You can also add pork belly if you like it more fragrant.
2. Cucumbers are not easy to fry for too long, just become soft.
3. If you like salty taste, add more sauce or a little salt.
