Sauce Fried Frog

Frog slaughtered, washed, peeled and cut into pieces

Frog marinated in seasoning, deep-fried in oil pan until golden, picked up and set aside

Saute garlic and ginger, then add dried chili, bean paste, and spring onion, stir fry for 3 minutes

Pour in frog, proper amount of broth (or water), seasoned soy sauce and cook for 6 minutes, then add a little cornstarch to thicken

Put it in a casserole, use an alcohol lamp or a candle to heat the pot, and you can start eating!
Tips:
The frog should be deep-fried and then boiled, the meat will be more crispy, and it is not easy to boil softly and affect the taste.
