Sauce Fried Razor Clams

Slice green onion, slice ginger and garlic

Heat the oil to 40% hot

Stir-fried green onion, ginger and garlic

Saute the green onion, ginger and garlic, add the razor clams, stir fry for a while and add white wine
5.
Beyond the soup, add the noodle sauce

Stir fry for three minutes
