The simplest home-cooked dish, fried squid slices with onions and colored peppers, looks and delicious!

Sauce Fried Squid

1. After the squid is cleaned, the cut flower knife

2. Cut into small pieces

3. Boil water in a pot

4. When you see the discoloration, roll it up and remove it and put it in cold water to cool down, then remove it and drain the water for later use.

5. Cut the onion and bell pepper into small pieces

6. Sauté ginger slices in a frying pan

7. Add Pixian bean paste and stir fry for a fragrant flavor

8. Add onions and sauté until fragrant

9. Then add the colored pepper and stir fry evenly

10. Finally put in the squid slices

11. Add some June fresh soy sauce, sugar and stir fry evenly

12. Add chicken powder and sesame oil before cooking

Tips:

Because I added Pixian bean paste and soy sauce, I didn’t add salt
