Sauce Fried Squid Roll

Prepare ingredients: 500 grams of fresh squid, 100 grams of red pepper, 150 grams of shallots, 5 grams of ginger, 20 grams of garlic, 10 ml of cooking wine, 30 ml of corn oil, and bean paste.

Remove the black film from the squid, clean it, then cut the lychee knife on the inside of the squid and then cut into pieces.

Boil a pot of boiling water and put the squid pieces in. When you see the rolls, remove them immediately and let them dry in cold water for later use.

Wash the onion and red pepper and cut into pieces. Cut the ginger and garlic into slices for later use.

Heat up a wok and add corn oil. After the oil is hot, add the shallots and chili cubes, stir fry a few times and serve.

Add 50 grams of bean paste and stir fry

Add 5 grams of sugar and stir fry together until the water in the bean paste has been stirred out

Put the shallots, red pepper and squid roll together and stir fry.

Add 10 ml of cooking wine to the side of the pot.

Stir evenly to get out of the pot.
Tips:
1. Because the bean paste is salty, so no more salt;
2. Cut the inner side of the squid to cut the squid flower. When it is blanched, immediately remove it when you see the roll, otherwise the meat will get old.
