Sauce Lettuce

Two kinds of peppers are used: Erjingtiao pepper (also called Qinjiao), soaked pepper. Both of these peppers are only fragrant and not spicy. Soak it in cold water for about 10 minutes first, so that it will be more fragrant and not easy to fry.
