Sauce Parsley Carrots

Prepare the ingredients, remove the leaves of celery

Use a knife to cut the carrot into 6 triangle strips, evenly spaced apart. The cross section looks like a plum blossom.

Using a knife to cut a slice about 3mm thick horizontally

Celery cut into sections

Cut the green onion into sections

30ml salad oil, 40ml in the measuring cup that comes with the automatic pot for water

Garlic Sauce 20g

Pour the salad oil into the automatic pot and place the green onion and ginger randomly

Add the garlic paste, pour in the water

Add sliced carrots

Pour the celery segments

Cover, start the "dry pot" function

Tips:
These two kinds of vegetables are very suitable for "short-time cooking". The amount of water is 40ml. Celery and carrots are not soft or hard, and the heat is just right. They are much more delicious than I usually cook with ordinary woks.
Carrots can be sliced as you like, but it's more pleasing to watch.
The garlic sauce can be replaced with any other flavored sauce you like.
