Sauce Pork Ribs

The ribs should be chopped into long knots, about 10cm is more appropriate.

Put pepper in the bowl.

Add five spice powder.

Then add the sweet noodle sauce.

Add three-year-aged bean paste.

Add glutinous rice.

Mix the seasoning and put on the ribs.

Spread the seasoning on the ribs evenly by hand.

Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator.

After three days of tasting, take it out and steam it on the steamer.
11.
Steam for 40 minutes to 1 hour, and steam until the ribs are separated from the bones.
