Tenderloin is characterized by smoothness and tenderness, which is more suitable for cooking dishes with light taste and soft taste. Since I like a strong taste, I used tenderloin to make this "sauce fried tenderloin". The cooking method is similar to "sauce fried chicken", it is a simple home-cooked dish, and it is also good for banquets.

Sauce Pork Tenderloin

1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: tenderloin, green pepper, carrot, fried peanuts

2. Dice the tenderloin

3. Add water starch, gently grasp evenly to sizing

4. Wash the green peppers and carrots and dice

5. Heat oil, put in the diced tenderloin, simmer and cook on low heat, set aside

6. Then add the diced carrots, fry them over low heat, and serve.

7. Leave the bottom oil in the pot and fry the chopped green onion

8. Add Pixian bean paste, stir-fry on low heat to get red oil

9. Add spare diced meat and stir-fry well

10. Add carrots and green peppers

11. Stir fry quickly and evenly, add a little salt to enhance the taste, then turn off the heat

12. Out of the pot and plate

13. Sprinkle in an appropriate amount of deep-fried peanuts, ready to serve

Tips:

1. Because Pixian bean paste has a salty taste, only a little salt is added at the end to improve the taste.
2. Be sure to use low heat when you start to fry diced pork, carrots, and Pixian bean paste.
