Sauce Skeleton

Prepare to chop the pork spine.

Add the cleaned pork spine to blanch water in a pot under cold water. (The water volume is wider)

Pick up the spine from the boiling point of the soup, add the light soy sauce while it is hot, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. (The water is wider. Don't rinse the blanched spine with cold water. The taste will be better after cooking later)

Add refined salt and appropriate amount of water. (The water level should be level with the spine.)

Tips:
1: Stir in the light soy sauce while the spine is hot, and the finished product will look better in color.
2: Dried shiitake mushrooms are a magic weapon to increase fragrance, don't omit it.
3: Soybean paste is a non-spicy version, and you may also choose spicy, or the Northeast big sauce. Of course, there are also recipes that don’t include sauce. If you like sauce with a stronger aroma, let’s put sauce.
4: If there is no electric stew pot, you can directly put it into the cooking pot and simmer, but the amount of water must be added at once. If you have an electric cooker, it will be very easy.
