Sauerkraut is my favorite in winter in Northeast China. I eat sauerkraut in spring, summer, autumn and winter. This dish is relatively unpopular, but I like it very much. Putting dried chili on it is hot and sour. I should be excellent because it has stew The soul of sauerkraut"

Sauerkraut and Potato Shreds

1. Wash the sauerkraut and control the water several times.

2. Shred potatoes, don't get too thin, and set aside.

3. Scallions, garlic, and dried chilies are reserved. The chili depends on the individual's ability to bear. I didn't put too much in this one.

4. Heat oil from a pan and add five-spice powder, shallot, garlic, and chili until fragrant.

5. Add sauerkraut and stir fry quickly.

6. Add potato shreds.

7. Add soy sauce and stir fry with appropriate amount of water. When the potatoes are cooked, add salt and chicken essence and cook it out. Super meal.

8. Finished picture.
