This is a typical Northeastern dish. People in the Northeast like to eat sauerkraut. Use sea prawns, pork slices, and frozen tofu to stew together in a pot of hot soup. Drink a bite to warm your heart!

Sauerkraut and Sea Prawn Frozen Tofu

1. Prepare the ingredients: wash the bagged sauerkraut and squeeze out the water, remove the shrimp thread from the shrimp, and cut the pork belly

2. Put oil in a hot pan, add pork slices and ginger slices and stir fry for a fragrant flavor

3. Add sauerkraut and stir fry for a while

4. Put in a piece of thick soup treasure

5. Add frozen tofu

6. Add sea prawns

7. Put some chive sauce

8. Add appropriate amount of water, preferably soak the ingredients, cover the pot and stew

9. Simmer slowly over low heat to thicken the soup, so that the sauerkraut becomes softer but not hard

Tips:

After the water boils, turn it to a low heat and simmer slowly. The sauerkraut will be delicious for a long time. There is no need to add salt. The salt of the thick soup and the chive sauce is enough.
