Sauerkraut and Soy Pork Ribs in Clay Pot

Cut the ribs into pieces and set aside.

Wash sauerkraut and cut finely for later use.

Wash and slice ginger.

Wash an appropriate amount of soybeans and set aside.

Add cooking wine to the pork ribs in a clean water pot, blanch the bleeding water and remove and wash.

Wash the ribs and put them in a rice cooker.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

Put the soybeans in the electric pressure cooker for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté the ginger slices until fragrant.

Add sauerkraut and stir fry evenly.

Take out the boiled soybean ribs.

Transfer the fried sauerkraut to the casserole.

Scoop the boiled soybean and pork rib soup in a casserole.

Turn to low heat and boil for about 10 minutes.

Try the saltiness of the soup again before it comes out of the pot. If it is not flavorful, add a small amount of salt.
