Sauerkraut and Yuba Boiled Pork Ribs

Ingredients: ribs (washed and blanched), sauerkraut (cut open), yuba (soaked)

Wash the soaked yuba.

Cut into sections on the chopping board and set aside.

Put the blanched ribs into the pressure cooker, and add the right amount of cooking wine.

Add some water.

Then, close the lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Then, add the cut yuba and sauerkraut, stir and boil for 4-5 minutes.
