Sauerkraut Beef Noodle

Wash the beef and cut into small pieces, soak in cold water for 3 to 5 minutes

Prepare the stew seasoning, 3 pieces of green onion, sliced ginger, and garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, 1 small handful of hawthorn, 3 dried peppers, 1 bag of thirteen-flavor stew, a little soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Add water to the pressure cooker to boil, put the blanched beef cubes into the pot, add green onions, ginger, garlic, and rice wine to remove the smell

Cover the pot and bring to a boil on high heat, cover the pressure valve and cook on medium heat for 25 minutes, simmer on low heat for 10 minutes

Wash the whole sauerkraut and soak in water for ten minutes, then cut into diced sauerkraut

Take out part of the soup and beef into a small pot, add diced sauerkraut and bring to a boil
