Hot and sour and refreshing, super delicious. Of course the sauerkraut is soaked by itself, there are no additives or preservatives! It's delicious whatever it is used for, pickled cabbage noodles with sauerkraut fish, sauerkraut noodles, sauerkraut vermicelli, sauerkraut soup...too much"

Ingredients

Sauerkraut Corn Noodles

1. Corn noodles, soak in warm water.

2. Gently poke aside to fully soak the corn noodles.

3. Pickled sauerkraut from the jar, I used sauerkraut pickled peppers and pickled radish, and cut into small dices with a knife.

4. Warm the oil in a pan.

5. Pour the sauerkraut, sauté until fragrant, keeping the heat on medium to low.

6. Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

7. After it is boiled, change the heat to a low heat, simmer the sauerkraut flavor, and cook for about ten minutes.

8. Pour in the soaked corn noodles, cook for another three minutes, and add the right amount of chicken essence.

9. The warm and sour noodles are ready.

Tips:

The sauerkraut is made by myself and the recipe will be passed on later. Because there is salt, so no more salt, adjust the weight according to yourself
