Sauerkraut Fish with Pickled Vegetables

Wash the grass carp and cut into pieces;

Tips:
1. Boil the fish for 5 minutes, the fish will be tender, so you don't need to cook it for long.
2. If there is no hot water at home, you can use chili powder instead.
