Sauerkraut Kidney Beans

Wash kidney beans and soak them in clean water one day in advance.

Cook kidney beans in a pressure cooker for about 7 minutes, remove and drain the water, and coat with a mixture of flour and starch.

Chopped sauerkraut, millet spicy and cut into small rounds.

Use cooking oil in a hot pan. When 60% of the heat is hot, add kidney beans and fry them until the color is yellow and the skin is crispy and hard. Remove and set aside.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add sauerkraut and millet and stir-fry until the sauerkraut is slightly dry.
6.
Pour the kidney beans and stir-fry evenly, sprinkle a little salt and start the pan.
Tips:
The sauerkraut has a salty taste, so be careful when you put salt. If you like spicy food, you can also add some dried chili and stir fry together.
