Sauerkraut Pork Intestines

1. Turn the pig's large intestine, clean the oil, and then wash it with salt, cornstarch and oil.

2. In turn, oil and salt cornstarch. Clean it up.

3. Use hot water for a while.

4. Cut it into sections after washing.

5. Wash the sauerkraut and cut it into shreds. Pat the garlic, shred the ginger, pour peanut oil into the pan, heat it, and then add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry, and then add the sauerkraut and stir-fry. Serve it on the plate after it's fried.

6. Add peanut oil to heat, then add pig intestines and stir fry.
