Sauerkraut Pork Rib Soup

Cut the ribs into pieces, put water in the pot, add the ribs, boil over high heat, and drain the water.

Wash sauerkraut and slice, pickled pepper and cut short sections, cut green onion into sections, and slice ginger and garlic.

Put oil in a pot, heat the paper to 50% heat, add pickled peppers, ginger and green onions until fragrant.

Add the sauerkraut and stir fry for a while, then add the ribs and fry until delicious.

Add the ribs that have not been used before. After boiling over high heat, change to low heat and simmer until the ribs are cooked and soft. Add salt, chicken essence and pepper and serve.
Tips:
Sauerkraut and ribs will taste better if they are fried in oil first.
