Sauerkraut Shredded Pork

Garlic (finely chopped), ginger (cut into small pieces), lean meat (shredded), add some cooking wine, stir well, garlic sprouts (cut into sections), and sauerkraut.

Add oil, add garlic and ginger, and sauté.

Add lean meat and stir-fry white.

Add garlic sprouts and red pepper and saute slightly.

Add the sauerkraut and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes, add an appropriate amount of MSG, and stir-fry the MSG to taste.

Serve, and the sauerkraut shredded pork is ready.
Tips:
Before frying the sauerkraut shredded pork, let the sauerkraut soak in clean water for 2-5 hours to remove part of the salty taste. The sauerkraut is relatively salty when bought.
