Sauerkraut Stewed Vermicelli
1.
Soak the vermicelli in advance.
2.
Pick up the sauerkraut, ginger, and chili that you soak yourself, and cut into small pieces with a knife.
3.
Heat up a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, and heat to warm.
4.
Pour sauerkraut and stir fry evenly.
5.
Add two bowls of water and bring to a boil.
6.
After it is boiled, change the heat to a low heat and cook for five minutes to get the sauerkraut flavor, then add the vermicelli.
7.
Cook the vermicelli for two minutes, turn off the heat, and add chicken essence to taste.
Tips:
The sauerkraut has salt, so there is no extra salt. If you have a heavy mouth, taste the saltiness before adding salt.
