Sauerkraut Stewed Vermicelli

Main and auxiliary ingredients: pickled cabbage shreds, vermicelli, pork belly

Cut the pork belly into strips.

Heat oil, saute chives and ginger.

Add shredded pork and stir fry.

Cook soy sauce.

Add the washed sauerkraut shreds.

After stir-frying, add proper amount of water. After boiling, simmer for 5 minutes.

Then join fans.

Simmer for about 3 minutes, and the vermicelli does not have a hard core. Season with salt and MSG, then turn off the heat.

Tips:
1. Because the vermicelli absorbs water, the soup should be more.
2. Fat and lean pork belly is better than lean meat.
